Dalarna Breakfast Pinxos

This super easy and delicious recipe to have something different for breakfast with our Dalarna sourdough bread.


What you need:

- Dalarna Sourdough Bread

- Butter

- 2 Boiled Eggs (or more if you're making for more than 2 persons)

- Sliced Tomato

- Arugula

- Salt & Pepper

- Olive Oil


Place 2 slices of our Dalarna sourdough bread in the toaster oven or regular oven. Then spread some butter. Slice the boiled eggs and place the slices on the bread. Add arugula and the slices of tomato. Drizzle a little olive oil and add salt and pepper to your tasting.
